4. Third-Party Costs

The following costs are non-refundable once incurred:

Domain registration fees
Web hosting charges
SSL certificates
Paid advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Premium themes, plugins, templates, or software licenses
Third-party API or SaaS subscription fees
Marketplace or platform fees

These payments are made to external providers and are outside our control.

5. Project Abandonment

If a client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide required content, approvals, or information for more than 30 consecutive days, the project may be considered abandoned.

In such cases:

The project may be paused or closed.
Payments already made are non-refundable.
Restarting the project may require additional charges.

6. Client Delays

Project timelines depend on timely communication and cooperation.

Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

7. Digital Products

If MarketBoostTools offers downloadable products such as templates, eBooks, digital assets, online courses, or software, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

8. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

It will typically be processed within 7–14 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

Suspend ongoing services.
Terminate active projects.
Dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation.
